New Zealand Interiors, Art, Sculptures and Cuisine
4th March 2020Coast NZ invited members and guests for a tour of Olga Skorik’s recently completed beach house in Omaha. This architecturally designed modern home was inspired by time spent in Ibiza and Mykonos, while taking into account New Zealand’s coastal sensibilities and love of art and colour. The home was styled with Coast NZ products, showing guests how to incorporate indoor and outdoor Coast NZ products and fabrics into their interiors, including considerations for colour, durability and functionality. The Ermitage Design house will be featured in New Zealand House and Garden Magazine later in 2021.
Guests were then transported to experience Sculptureum with a private tour of the galleries and sculpture park by owners Sandra and Anthony Grant who kept us entertained with information and personal stories about their extensive art collection. This was followed by a delicious lunch of local New Zealand produce at Rothko restaurant and guests were then free to wander the gardens for the remainder of the afternoon at their own pace.
Coast NZ and Sculptureum treated guests to a goodie bag with a Coast NZ towel, Sculptureum wine and a guests pass to visit the Sculpture park with their friends and family.
